ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13026 of 2025 on 01.08.2025.

2. The petitioner is seeking modification on the ground that the petitioner is appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur daily at 10.00 am as per order dated 02.09.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2346 of 2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem. Hence, he was unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13026 of 2025, he prays for modification.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur daily at 10 am, except holidays, for a period of 30 days.
