This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on daily at 10.00 a.m., orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19864 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19864 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
