Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Advocate) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23554 of

2023, dated 02.11.2023 has been complied with regularly. 2.In the light of the above submissions made by him, all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23554 of 2023, dated 02.11.2023 are relaxed in toto.
