ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 4 th respondent, the Joint Sub Registrar-I, Virudhachalam, to register and release the Sale deed dated 17.09.2025 executed in petitioner favour, assigned Temporary No.TP/233480060/2025 relating to properties situated at Ko.Mavidanthal Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, in the present th respondent refused to register the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 case, the 4 presented for the purpose of registration and orally informed that the sale deed cannot be registered, without assigning any reason. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents threspondent will consider the sale deed dated would submit that the 4 17.09.2025 and register the same if it is otherwise in order or else necessary th respondent decided not to register the orders will be passed in the event the 4 sale deed dated 17.09.2025 and he seeks a week time.
5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made by either parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of th respondent to take a decision either to register the case, this Court directs the 4 the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 presented by the petitioner or to reject the same after giving due opportunities to the parties concerned, in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
