This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action on the complaint dated 21.03.2023 filed by the petitioner, before the 1st respondent under the TNPID Act, against Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd., in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), would submit that based on the complaint dated 21.03.2023, given by the petitioner, summons has been issued to her and Section 161 Cr.P.C. statement has been recorded from the petitioner and she has also been added as one of the witnesses / victims in the case pending against the accused in CC.No.7 of 2020, on the file of the TNPID Court, Chennai.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this writ petition is closed. No costs. 27.11.2025 kan 3/5
