This miscellaneous petition is filed to fix an early date for the final hearing of the W.P.No.4984 of 2021 and pass orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. It is to be noted that this Court is already taking up the Writ Petitions of the year 2021 for final hearing and the present writ petition is also ripe for hearing.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to fix an early date for hearing.

5. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.

6. List the main writ petition in the usual course of hearing.
