ORDER
This writ miscellaneous petition is filed to implead the 3rd and 4th respondents in the present petition as party respondents in the writ petition No.10072 of 2019.
2.Having recorded the contentions raised in the petition and affidavit, and also being convinced by the submission made before this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent on 19.08.2025, this Court is of the view that the proposed respondents are necessary parties to the present writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the present writ miscellaneous petition is allowed. The proposed respondent (R3 and R4 in the present WMP) are directed to be impleaded as party respondents in the present writ petition. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause-title of the writ petition. Page No.2/5
4.Issue notice to the impleaded respondents, ie., 3rd and 4th respondents in the present WMP.
5.Counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to take out private notice to the impleaded respondents by sending them notice via registered post, and he is directed to submit a proof of service before this court on the next date of hearing.
6.List the matter on 09.01.2026.
