ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petition filed in Crl.M.P.No.2369 of 2025 seeking to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, has been dismissed vide order dated 02.09.2025. He would further submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the condition imposed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also would submit that the investigation has been completed.

3.In view of the submissions, the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.2369 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 is set aside and the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Attur on receipt of summons.
