The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 296(B), 115(2), 118(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 178 of 2025, on the file of 1/6

the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.23344 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025 and 26210 of 2025, dated 24.09.2025 filed by the petitioners herein, wherein, it has been observed as follows:- "5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the multiple injuries caused to the de-facto complainant, this Court had dismissed the earlier two petitions filed by the petitioners herein and that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein."

3. This petition is filed again for anticipatory bail without any change in circumstances, hence, with the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is also dismissed. The petitioners herein are directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, forthwith. 30.10.2025 MSM 2/6
