The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 309(4), 311, 125, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.258 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner involving in the robbery of Rs.500/- of the defacto complainant's son pocket and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and he is in judicial custody from 04.10.2025 and is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner one is 307 case and other 3 cases are NDPS cases and he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, there 2/4

are four previous cases are pending against the petitioner (1 case u/s 307 IPC case and 3 NDPS cases) and the petitioner having bad antecedents and this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage to the petitioner.
