The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 331(3), 305(a) of BNS in Crime No.410 of 2024, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 10.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21778 of 2025, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. The earlier order of this Court reads as follows:
Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and there are 43 previous cases pending against him, in which one case registered for the offence under NDPS Act and other cases are similar in nature, so on seeing his bad antecedents and the fact that the investigation is not yet completed and if he is released on bail, there is possibility of tampering the witnesses and hampering the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
