The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the case pertains to matrimonial dispute and based on the complaint of the wife of the first petitioner herein, FIR has been registered by the respondent police.
