This petition is filed to condone the delay of 813 days in filing Criminal Revision Sr.No.85469 of 2025 preferred as against the order dated 21.04.2023 passed by the Principal Special Court Under EC and NDPS Act Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.6134 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the appellant and perused the materials available on record.

.3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 813 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of Rs.2,000/- to the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.
