2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the respondent authorities have now complied with the order of this Court dated 13.12.2023, though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no need to proceed further.

3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
