ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 26.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3301 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to cancel the lookout circular issued as against the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the look out circular issued as against the petitioner has been deleted on 17.10.2025. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
