ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that as per the letter of respondent in Na.Ka.A2/1548/2024 dated 30.01.2026, the subject property in Survey Nos.204/2 and 204/4, Palur village was surveyed in the presence of writ petitioner and private respondents on 23.01.2026 and survey stones were fixed. It is further stated that necessary recommendation have been made to District Revenue Officer for making correction in the revenue records.

2. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 15-11-2023 has been considered in the light of the judgment passed in AS.No.78 of 2016, accepting the letter submitted by the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
