This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish copies of the complaint, the enquiry report, and the Office Memorandum dated 27.01.2015.
2. The petitioner joined the respondent-Corporation as a Technical Assistant on 12.03.2014. He was subsequently promoted as Junior Engineer Grade-II on 06.01.2018, and later as Junior Engineer Grade-I on 27.01.2023. At present, he is working as Junior Engineer Grade-I at Adari, Cuddalore Electricity Distribution Circle. The third respondent, by proceedings dated
25.01.2025, placed the petitioner under suspension on the allegation of having caused sexual harassment to a female staff member. The said suspension order was challenged before this Court in W.P. No. 7601 of 2025, and by order dated 03.04.2025, the writ petition was closed after recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner had been posted as Assistant Engineer at the neighbouring station in Ulundurpet in the existing vacancy. Subsequently, an enquiry was conducted. Upon completion of the enquiry, the second respondent, by order dated 18.07.2025, held that the charges against the petitioner were proved. However, since the complainant had expressed her unwillingness to pursue the complaint, the petitioner was warned and the matter was closed.
Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.08.2025 to the respondent seeking copies of the Office Memorandum dated 27.01.2015, the complaint, and the enquiry report. As no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking necessary directions.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
