ORDER
CRL OP Nos.30126 & 30127 of 2025 have been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.Nos.13816 & 13817 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 & 06.10.2025 respectively.
2.CRL OP No. 30130 of 2025 has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No. 10219/2025 dated 03.10.2025.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in three cases and while granting bail in all different three cases the petitioner was directed to appear before the concerned respondent. Since the respondents are different he cannot comply with the same. Hence, the learned counsel prays to modify the same, to that extent he may permitted to appear any one of the respondent.
3.Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the G3-Kilpauk police station, Chennai for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
