RKM Order Application No.5083 of 2025 has been filed seeking to amend the name of the respondent as Saravanan Kulandaisamy, instead of Saravanan Kulandaiswamy.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has objected for allowing A.No.5083 of 2025.

3. However, this Court, considering the nature of the amendment, which is only in respect of spelling of the respondent's name, is inclined to allow A.No.5083 of 2025 and accordingly, the said application is allowed as prayed for.

Post other cases on 29.10.2025. Interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
