This petition is filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the set aside/recall petition.

Heard Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents, who has no serious objections.

The delay is 152 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 152 days in filing the set aside/recall petition is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
