ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7353 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to

conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2024, after issuance of the notice of the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, dispose the same within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and registered the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2025 on 01.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 336(3), 340(2) & 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 as against the accused persons. He also produced a copy of the FIR, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
