Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to give alternative work to the petitioner who was working as a Driver in the third respondent's Depot by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to give alternative work to the petitioner who was working as a Driver in the third respondent's Depot by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2025, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 seeking alternative work, by subjecting the petitioner for medical examination, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
