The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the Garnishee as the second respondent in the revision petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, despite the decree having been set aside and the suit having been restored to file, the Garnishee has proceeded to attach the salary and deduct the same from the petitioner's account.

3. In view of the above, the present petition has become necessary. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking impleadment of the Garnishee and is satisfied that the presence of the Garnishee is necessary for the effective disposal of the Civil Revision Petition and for passing further orders in the light of the subsequent developments in the matter. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
