This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 05.06.2025 passed in M.C.O.P.No.720 of 2024 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 27 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
