MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant, the 6th and the 7th respondents herein namely Mrs.S.Banumathi, W/o.A.Sundaravel and Mrs.C.Selvarani, W/o.N.Chennakesavan, respectively, as the 7th and the 8th defendants respectively in C.S.No.329 of 2008.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant(s) and the learned counsel for the respondent(s) who submits that they have got no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
