ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent Police, at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
