ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit has been dismissed for default. Therefore, they may be given liberty to file fresh civil revision petition in the event of restoration of the suit. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
2. Recording the same, the civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh civil revision petition in case of restoration of the suit. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
