ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281, 106(2) of BNS, in Crime No.127 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a lorry driver who had hit a two-wheeler and left without reporting the matter to the local police. Due to which, the victim succumbed to the injuries. Hence, the case has been registered against unknown accused, except noting the vehicle number. 3.Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23575 of 2025 by order dated 04.09.2025 on the following reasons:

"It is a case of hit and run. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed".

4. There is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
