ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance, which is raised in this petition, is that even though there is an order of status quo passed by Debts Recovery Tribunal on 09.12.2024, the respondent is attempting to disturb the possession of the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, the matter is pending consideration and various applications have been filed. Reply is awaited.

3. As the matter is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is for the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for appropriate orders on pending applications.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
