ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent bank to forthwith defreeze and permit operation of the Petitioner's Savings Account

No. 545967954 and 427310598.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner maintained two saving bank accounts with the respondent bank. However, the petitioner's savings bank accounts were purportedly freezed without issuing any notice to the petitioner. For defreezing the said accounts, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent bank on 16.07.2025. However, there is response from the respondent bank till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to

consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
