of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corupus, directing the 3rd respondent Police to produce the petitioner's daughter minor namely Ms.Sanjana, daughter of Mr.Seenu, aged about 16 years, before this Court from the custody of the fourth respondent and handover to the petitioner. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent Police to produce the petitioner's daughter minor namely Ms.Sanjana, daughter of Mr.Seenu, aged about 16 years, before this Court from the custody of the fourth respondent and handover to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the mother of detenue aged about 16 years. It is the grievance of the petitioner that from 29.09.2025, her daughter has not returned to her house, hence, she has given a complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue though aged about 16 years has eloped with the fourth respondent, in this regard, FIR is filed in Cr.No.156/2025 on the file of the third respondent.

4. Such view of the matter, we are of the view let the respondent police secure the minor girl and produce before the jurisdictional magistrate.
