ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.149 of 2025 for offences under Sections 326(a) and 303(2) of BNS r/w. 3(1) of the Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act 1992 on the file of the first Respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken up for committal in PRC.No.119 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition also stands closed.
