This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to

relax condition at paragraph 5 imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12497 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.10655 of 2025, vide order dated 01.07.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case. He further submitted that this Court, vide order dated 01.07.2025 had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police once in a month, i.e., on the 1 st Monday at 10.00 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet before the trial Court. Therefore, since the charge sheet has now been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands

closed.
