O R D E R
This court by order dated 05.08.2003 has disposed the writ petition in terms of the joint memo of compromise entered between the parties and posted this matter for reporting compliance immediately after receipt of the report from the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned.
2.When the matter was listed before this court on 08.06.2018, 20.06.2018, 27.06.2018 and 29.06.2018, the time was extended at the request of the learned Government Advocate for reporting compliance.
3.A memo dated 29.06.2018 is filed by the learned Government Advocate stating that the Revenue Divisional Officer who is the fourth respondent in the writ petition has made his inspection with respect to the road leading to the burial ground in S.No.57/3A2 situated in Kovalam Village, Tiruporur, Kancheepuram district on 23.06.2018 and has found that the parties in this writ petition have constructed walls leaving a road without obstruction to the burial ground as per the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by them and the same is recorded. Hence, no further orders are required in this regard and the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
