COMMON ORDER These applications have been filed by the applicants/petitioners to recall the P.W.2 and reopen the petitioners' side evidence in the main petition.

2. According to the applicants/petitioners, they filed the main petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will executed by the Testator and they already examined the witnesses. Now they want to recall P.W.2 to identify the signatures of the attesting witness and the Testator of the Will. Since already the evidence of the petitioners' side was closed, they filed these applications to reopen the petitioners' side evidence and to recall P.W.2 for examination in the main petition viz. O.P.No.829 of 2024.

3. In this case, there is no respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants/petitioners to prove the Will and in the interest of justice, these applications have to be allowed.
