ORDER
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that all the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No. 22989 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(B) of TNP Act, in Crime No. 311 of 2025 had been complied with by the
petitioner regularly.
2. In the light of the above submissions made by him, the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein are relaxed in toto.
