The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge, Arni to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2023.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and he filed a suit for specific performance against the respondent. The suit was filed in the year 2023. 1/4

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers included in the typed-set of papers would indicate the plaint was amended and amended plaint copy was filed on 07.07.2025. Thereafter, the suit has been simply adjourned for filing written statement, without any substantial progress.

4. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2023 and the original pleadings were also completed, this Court is inclined to direct the Additional District Judge, Arni to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
