ORDER

Today, Mr.S.T.Bharath Gowtham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a Memo on behalf of the petitioner, wherein it has been mentioned as under: "The 2nd and 3rd respondents in the above Writ Petition had accepted settlement under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme subsequent to filing of the above Writ Petition, and all their dues were settled as per the provisions of the Voluntary Retirement Scheme.

Under the circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the above Writ Petition, and the same may be disposed of as 'not pressed'.

2.The learned counsel would submit that since the issue raised in this Writ petition has been settled between the parties out of Court and the same has been reflected in the Memo filed by the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said Memo filed by the petitioner as well as the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as the issue has been settled out of Court and no further adjudication is required. No costs.
