O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the sixth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 3.7.2025 for inclusion of 50% of part time services by the petitioner from 10.03.1994 to 26.12.2000 for the purpose of pension/Arrears of pension as per Rule 11 (4) of the Tamil nadu Pension rules in the light of the order of this Court in W.A (MD) No 214 of 2018 dated 13.3.2020 and in G.O. Ms. No 99 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department dated 27.08.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ 2/4

petition, the sixth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2025, in the light of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.2907 to 2910 of 2019 batch etc., dated 29.08.2023, and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
