ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate to dispose of the complaint in DVC No.59 of 2024, within the time fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a complaint against the respondent under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act. The complaint was filed in the year 2024. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the counter was filed as early as on 06.06.2025 and PW1 was examined in chief on 17.10.2025. Taking into consideration that pleadings were already completed and enquiry has been already commenced, this court is inclined to direct the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to dispose of DVC No.59 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
