ORDER

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order passed by the First Respondent in its Order dated 25.08.2003 in I.D.No.81 of 2002 quash the same. 2.

It is represented by both sides that after filing of the Writ Petition, a Memorandum of Understanding dated 26.04.2018 was arrived at between the Petitioner/Management and the Second Respondent. As per the terms of that Memorandum of Understanding, a copy of which has been produced, the Petitioner/Bank has agreed to withdraw this Writ Petition. The learned counsel representing for the Petitioner has accordingly made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
