This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the 1st respondent's description in the cause title as "The State represented by the Inspector of Police, Indur Police Station, Dharmapuri District (Crime No.89 of 2023)" instead of "The State represented by the Inspector of Police, Nallampalli Police Station, Krishnagiri District", in Cr.O.P.No.26510 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of Criminal Original Petition and list the same by next week.
