This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 23.09.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.328 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3. Though notice has been served and the name of the 1st respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the 1st respondent.
4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 230 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause list and post the case for admission in due course.
