ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the second proposed respondent as the 2 nd respondent in the Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.No.700 of 2025.

2. According to the petitioner, since the accused was convicted under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, he seeks to implead the victim as a party respondent in the pending appeal.

3. We are of the view that if the victim is aggrieved by any judgment, it is for him to prefer an appeal, not by way of impleadment in the pending appeal. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. (N.SATHISH KUMAR J.) (M.JOTHIRAMAN J.) 27-10-2025 ASI
