Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to publish the reserve list for the post of BT Assistant / Graduate Teacher in the subject Tamil pursuant to the notification No.03/2023 dated 25.10.2023 and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of BT Assistant / Graduate Teacher if any, vacancies have arisen or arise in future, including due to non-joining of the selected candidates, pursuant to the recruitment notification No.03/2023 dated 25.10.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to publish the reserve list for the post of BT Assistant / Graduate Teacher in the 2/6

subject Tamil, pursuant to the notification No.03/2023 dated 25.10.2023, and to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the said post, if any vacancies have arisen or arise in future, including due to non-joining of the selected candidates, pursuant to the recruitment notification No.03/2023 dated 25.10.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no 3/6

order as to costs.
