consequently direct, the third respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner, as Secondary Grade Teacher (Urdu) in the fifth respondent School, w.e.f.10.11.2022 with an consequential monetary benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.S.N.Ravichandran For R1 to R4 : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru Special Government Pleader O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2627/Aa4/2024, dated 27.12.2024, thereby returning the request made by the petitioner seeking approval of her appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, Urdu, in the fifth respondent School.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that for getting recommendations and explanations from the fourth respondent, the fifth respondent had re-submitted the proposal by complying the queries raised by the third respondent and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.
4. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that if the petitioner has fulfilled all the conditions, the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Further, it is made clear that the since the fifth respondent is a Minority Aided Primary School, passing the Teacher Eligibility Test is not required for the appointment of its Teachers.
6. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the fifth respondent for approval of the petitioner's appointment, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
