ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.09.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 75(1)(i), 74 and 332(b) BNS Act,2023 in Crime.No. 128 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual assault on the victim lady who is aged about 70 years and severely beaten her. Hence, the case.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, reported that the petitioner herein was arrested on 15.09.2025 and it is case of forcible sexual assault on the aged woman. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner committed sexual assault on the victim who is aged about 70 years and investigation in this case is only
preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
