O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.768 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024. 2.This Court, on 18.02.2026, had passed the following order: "The petitioner earlier filed C.R.P.No.768 of 2024 seeking to remove the entry and registration made pursuant to the order passed in O.S.No.12 of 2017 dated 08.04.2017 based on a compromise made before Lok Adalat.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the Lok Adalat order was obtained by suppression of facts and fraud. This court considered all these aspects and passed an order setting aside the order passed in O.S.No.12 of 2017 before Lok Adalat on 08.04.2017. Consequently, directed the Sub Registrar, Thottipalayam, Neruperichal Village, Tiruppur North Taluk/respondent herein to remove the entry made in the records and also directed the private respondents therein not to alienate or encumber the property situated at S.F.No.999/2A measuring an extent of 0.87 cents in Kandiayankoil Village, Tiruppur. Though this order was passed as early as on 02.08.2024, the respondent failed to implement the order of this Court. Hence, pre-contempt notice issued on 22.08.2025 to the respondent, who received the same on 01.09.2025, but till date, the order of this Court not complied. Hence, filed the above contempt petition.

3.Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submits that he would verify the status and report to this Court.

In continuation and conjunction with the earlier order passed by this Court on 18.02.2026, today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the Certificate of Encumbrance conforming that the directions of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the same handed over to the learned counsel for petitioner. A scanned reproduction of the Encumbrance Certificate reads as follows:
