Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General, placed on record the order dated 04.02.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.255 of 2026, whereby the order which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition has been stayed.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed, preserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition, subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.
