ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the compliance report of the respondent was filed along with the relevant documents. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- 5.

It is humbly submitted that, in this regard selection grade and special grade proposal has been received from the tahsildar, Omalur on 05.12.2025. After the perusal of the proposal,

2/4 selection Grade and Special grade order has been issued by the respondent vide ROC No.170/2025/B dated 05.12.2025 and the arrears for the same a sum of Rs.2,37,028/- has been credited to the account of the writ petitioner on 21.01.2026. The pension proposal of the writ petitioner has been sent to the Accountant General (A&E), Chennai vide ROC No.170/2025/B, dated 13.01.2026 by Registered post.
